Possibly developing an Andalite character. I absolutely love drawing them and want an OC, but I can never seem to make a character stick.
Tail sheathe and overall body design were inspired by Lackofa over on dA! Face shape and design was based off of barn owls.

Thank you so much! I actually didn't get into the series until a couple years ago when I found the PDFs online and it went from there...
I wanted to do something semi-realistic, and I have no idea how well this would work, but a sheathe makes more sense than leaving in in the open air!
