With the nights growing chiller, and the leaves turning color
A red panda appears, looking like no other

With fur the color of a raspberry, and eyes a vivid green,
They appear before you, the likes of which was never seen

"Happy month of October!" They say with a cheer,
A month they waited for, for the entire year.

With the time drawing close, and the days counting down,
They say, "Happy Halloween! From the sweetest panda around!"
