Oooh, That's a pretty little anaconda (guess based off markings and body proportions)! I never knew their pre-shedding state had an actual term, that's really cool!

Good eye Lilly is a green ananconda! Yes most people say there in blue from there eyes and some snakes seem almost blueish when they get ready to shed.

Hee, last time I saw one up close was an older juvenile wrapped around her handler like an oversized life preserver. He was incredibly wiry, so it led to the whole disbelief in her size and his capacity to haul her whole body unattended. Never saw her face though :C I'm always fascinated by snakes, and can identify most species in the common knowledge world, and some of the more unusual ones.

That's still neat to know though! My little gecko and beardies go grey or lavendar when they're ready to shed, though the gecko is far more graceful in her all-at-once method!

Awsome she will go almost a milky green gray when she is about to shed my albino burmese gose pink almost looks like her hole body is blushing lol
