Looks like an unlicensed bootleg. But if it is it's pretty good quality for a bootleg.
Why do I say it's a bootleg? Because the arms and legs aren't painted like real sonic toys and the black paint on the right eye is off and the nose paint looks a bit scuffed at the back. Although I woukd say despite it looking like one to certain standard. It's probably the go to for those who are fans of classic sonics look.
Anywho I hope my opinion wasn't to harsh on you. And I hope you at least have fun with your new sonic toy. Have a great day! ^^
