Whoops, finally fell behind due to busy Friday the 13th. I should be able to get back on track since this weekend's going to be largely uneventful.
An image based on the exchange between Mahin and Satoa during their younger days, which was briefly mentioned in the text in this submission. The months leading up to Satoa's unexpected coronation has mounted a lot of pressure on the young prince, suddenly facing many great responsibilities after his father's health took a turn for the worse.
Fortunately, Mahin was always around to keep the future king's spirit up, even though meeting up has become more difficult during these pressing times. Whenever opportunity arose, Satoa was eager to listen to his friend's exciting tales after a long session of studies, practices, and formal events.

The thing is this just puts both boys' situation into a more tragic space. One can really see the care and trust they have for each other. Mahin was a very important supporting individual to Satoa under the pressures of the throne. Even worse, it doesn’t look like Satoa’s reign shows signs of being a happy or even a long one. Mahin at least we know later gets out of his situation but the kingdom’s going to be in bad shape because of what was going to happen in the future, worse part is that the kingdom/nobles/aristocracy brought it upon themselves. The reasons why? It all has to do with the conspiracy that ended up tearing Satoa and Mahin apart. It was a wrecking ball through the kingdom’s justice system, image of the royal family, diplomatic pride of the country, Satoa’s support network in ruling, immigrant relations, trust between the king and vassal lords, and security of the kingdoms. The worse part is that by all accounts, the kingdom seems fated to die a slow and painful death either from internal or external forces.
