So here she is!!! :D After many months of contemplating and doodling I finally came up with a new sona that I'm completely in love with now! I've always wanted a feline fursona as well. So after many different combinations and pattern ideas I finally found the perfect appearance I wanted to give my badass fursona. Lexxie's a sassy little rock n' roll rebel stoner cat. She has a bit of a deep hatred for most males as she has a dark past that I will explain later on when I make a backstory for her. Her physical concept was a little mix of feline breeds. I have always loved the lynx styled ears, and leopard or cheetah print fur patterns. So her face patterns are inspired from a cheetah, and her fur has leopard print with a few cheetah spots mixed in too. I also wanted to add the very noticable saber-tooth fangs but I didn’t want to make them too big. I wanted her to have a long elegant hairstyle to represent a lions mane but without actually giving her one since that is a basic male characteristic for lions. I also didn't want to do the original stubby tail like most saber-tooths and lynx have, so I wanted to give her a kind of more fluffy feline tail similar to a leopards. I will eventually add a detailed backstory for her along with Amy other sonas too.

So there you have it, my newest member to the fursona family, and the artwork was so wonderfully done by the talented Akasira from Furry Amino. I'm sorry I don't know their furaffinity but if I ever find it I will link their page to this post. I highly recommend them for any commissions you may have, especially ref sheets because unlike many artists I have encountered in the past, they take great detail in their work and work with you throughout the entire process. Giving many updates as they go along and asking any questions to assure that the design of your character is exactly how you want it. I will be adding some text and a background to this image soon. I will point out that they usually do this theirself but currently Akasira is focused on their schooling so we left it at this because I understand personal life always comes first. I'm so very satisfied with how this turned out and how kind and easy to work with this artist is, so I just had to boast about their wonderful job real fast. ANYWAYS, have a purrfect day everyone~ <3
