Here's the story on this boss fight:

This kid-hating stork with a mean streak a mile-wide thought he could get away with doing things that were against Stork Delivery Service LTD. policy, including embezzlement and generally giving all storks a bad name. The bad bird was soon squealed on by Joey, whom's evidence had subsequently landed [Enter name of boss in pic here] in immediate dismissal by his employer, a consolidated lawsuit, and conviction (in that order). He had an ax to grind for the little kangaroo ever since.
