Arch nemesis to  kingdead

The crazy scientist, Dr. Labrador was once a well respected scientist, that is, until his experiments grew to be quite dangerous, and hazardous to everyone's health! The Science Bureau quickly gave him the boot, but Dr. Labrador intended on taking his position back... as well as having a complete monopoly of the technological world and a total scientific domination! While he's at it, he might as well rule the world!

Dr. Labrador has a vast assortment of scientific gadgets that he can use, ranging from a Gravitron Manipulator, which can control the very essence of gravity, to a highly acidic compound which eats through anything and everything in a matter of seconds, to jet-powered shoes, to even a massive fighting robot, armed with buzz-saw frisbees, bone-shaped missiles, a massive whip-like chain-leash, supersonic bark amplifier, and an army of flea-bots at his disposal!

Needless to say,  kingdead has his superhero-work cut out for him
