Lola from The Looney Tunes Show with the original Lola from Space Jam as her grandmother. Originally from 2013.
In one of the Looney Tunes Show episodes (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sDskfuZbh2U) Lola was wondering to herself about who she was named after, and her second crippled guess was her grandmother, who she immediately confirmed to be named "Betty" instead. The joke could've been an interesting piece of trivia, but sadly enough the show didn't go that far.
But there are always two grandmothers.
