Was doing some doodles today when I happened to draw out this head pose I was really into. All I did was add some more neck fluff to the right places and all of a sudden my art started shifting a little towards a style of realism that I've often wanted to change to. I saved the doodle and decided to draw out the full thing in color and do a ton of practice, and I also practiced with a different technique of shading. In the end, I think it worked out really well for me. I'd like to see if I can make use of these techniques in future drawings. :D
