Way back in 2002 I bought a proper sketch book and some colored pencils, thinking I would get back into drawing again. Being a huge Hamtaro fan at the time, this was the first thing I drew in that book. I also signed it Zackery James, which was a pen name I was using back then. I can't remember if I drew this from a reference or not, but I defiantly know it was drawn freehand, and not a trace. I think it came out rather well, and I'm still somewhat proud of it, so I thought I'd share it with any other Hamtaro fans out there.
