judging by its very thick stem and colourful and somwhat rubbery looking "petals" im gonna have to say its a mushroom, be that its a bright red its probably very poisonous...if its not a mushroom then i'll putmy money on it being a flower of some kind...cant give you an exact name for it though

oh now i know! it is a flower but it has a disease, i dont know what kind of flower exactly because im not sure of your location in the world but the leaves look somewhat wilted, maybe even kind of shrunken a bit...ive seen stuff like that before...but id say Ginger Blossom with a disease
