LOL, I can't believe you drew this! But then again, I don't know what's a worse play on humor - the drawing itself, or your nachodad pun XD
The ink work is as stunningly shaded as your usual, but the subject has me collapsed into giggle fits. Better watch out! They might bring out the jalapenos!
Quite the sexy, too, by the way ;)~

The passion doesn't surprise me, just the nachoes!
"Later that night, as the fire dwindled low in the hearth and the couple found themselves tangled in each others arms, reveling in the throes of their mingled passion, suddenly there came a sound not unlike the honking of a goose.. Ace briefly attempted to smother the sound beneath a raucous moan, but he knew it had been in vain, for Queenie had already caught wind of the malevolent odor the moment Ace realized there could be no cover-up this night.."

It was the 1930s and the fastfood technology wasn't as effective. So I would guess the cornchips were maybe a foot on each edge and a quarter-inch thick. I suppose they would have to break them up with a hammer and warm the cornchip splinters in a frypan. I'm not sure if nacho cheese was available in the 1930s. That was before modern times (1982). You might have to mix the cheese and peppers right up in the frypan.
Of course, the Spontoonies could import boxes of cornflakes breakfast cereal. Those could be like extra-extra thin taco chips and might be good with nacho cheese....

Nachos are a wonderful concoction inspired by Mexican cuisine but most likely an American invention (like "Chinese food")...The platform is a triangle shaped crisp made of cornmeal(commonly referred to as "tortilla chip" "Nacho chip",etc.)topped with a variety of spicy dips or salsa sauces....salsa being a mixture of tomato chunks,peppers,onions,etc.....or a whipped cheddar cheese sauce laced with peppers,etc.....other variants of the topping can include beef, chicken, black beans,olives....really,they have to be tasted to be fully appreciated....and I sincerely hope you get the opportunity to enjoy them ,Patrick! ^ ^
