I'm trying something different! You will bid on the characters as usual, and then the winners can buy extra goodies that change their characters' appearances or gear! Potions change character A's appearance and can be combined, as can character b's equipment - ie you can dual wield a dagger and a sword while wearing a thong and a chestplate :D

If no extras are bought, the characters will remain as they are - the monster in their birthday suit and char b in their potato sack. The bonus characters are limited to 2 minions and 2 mercenaries, the composition may be modified if there's a lot of them.

Each char starts from 25 usd, MB is 5 usd and Autobuy is 100 usd.

The characters can be male/female/most other genders(check TOS) and any species. Extra wings/limbs cost 10 usd on top of the winning bid. It's the same for the minions/mercenaries.
