Obligatory October pumpkin recipe. Very simple and easy to make.

What You'll Need:
-1 box of spice cake mix (and all it's needed ingredients)
- 1 15oz can of pupkin
-cinnamon
-vanilla extract
-nutmeg (optional)
-pumpkin pie spice (optional)
-whipped cream
-cooking spray
-waffle iron

Step 1:
Mix the cake mix & ingredients, then add the can of pumpkin, a few drops of vanilla extract, a few dashes of cinnamon to preference, and the optional ingredients. Mix well.

Step 2:
Spray your waffle iron with cooking spray and add 1 ice cream scoop full of batter to each waffle space. Cook for 6-7 minutes. Waffles will be very squishy yet firm. Repeat process until all batter is gone.

Step 3:
Top with syrup & whipped with a bit of cinnamon and enjoy.
