Entry 21:
I’ve been having a few issues remembering my dreams lately, so I might not be as detailed this time around. That and I’ve been focusing on work outside of all this stuff.
In the dream, I was in a baseball field. It looked similar to the one not too far from where I lived. A blue night fell across the field and the only thing illuminating it was one of the lights set up for night games. The light glowed an odd, warm color. Mostly all I did was wander around the field, looking for something. That’s something I can’t explain now due to my memory. I then heard footsteps behind me. For once, I had a moment to look back and see who it was. Right behind was a person who looked familiar. It may be because they’ve been in my dreams before, but I’m having a hard time recollecting their appearance now. The moment I had to look at this figure was not long enough to realize he was holding a baseball bat. I truly noticed that when I felt it smashed into the back of my head. That one blow left me on the ground. The only thing that happened after that was that I looked up to see the figure smiling maliciously. Then he pinned me down with his foot. The smile plastered on his face didn’t stop me from seeing the underlying disgust he had for me. After all that, I woke up and got myself out of bed pretty much immediately. Something about laying down was making me uncomfortable. I'm unsure of how the dream really ended.
