I've had another headworld in the works for awhile and it has dinosaur-dragons that I'm having fun designing
All of the dragons have some form of feathering, although only the bipedal ones have feathered wings (with the quadrupeds all having sail wings).
This fellow is based on a hadrosaur and has a feathered crest that sits atop his bony crest.
