I'm so incredibly sorry about you're friends lost. It's been a year and half since one of my two best friends growing up suddenly passed away. It sucks and will always suck. However, over time the pain dulls, you become thankful for the time you did have together, and you try to live life the way your friend would have wanted, to the fullest.

Please let you friend know that I would be more than happy to talk to her if she needs someone who has been through this, just needs to vent, or anything else. Sometimes its easier to share to a stranger who knows what you're going through than a friend it may be to hard to share too. I promise it will get easier over time.
