Feels Weird

Looks like the next age milestone after this is being old enough for "Over the Hill" cards.

Nah, seriously though, it's not at all like what some folks seem to build up turning 30 to be like. Like you just become irrelevant and whatever. It's more just the semantics of it that's weird to me. Not in my 20s anymore.

If I'm at least being a little honest here, I would say that I feel like I squandered a good chunk of my 20s floundering around and trying to figure out shit, especially since I started my 20s, (well since 18) just tossed into the world left to figure everything out myself with not very many people in my life. Going into my mid 20s I started doing well but made a couple of stupid mistakes and let them drag me down far deeper then I ever should have.

With all of that behind me, I'm rebuilding and it's been gettin better all around, bit by bit. In many ways I feel like it's been way too long for me to turn that bullshit around, but better late than never, yeah?

I'm going into my 30s feeling good. I'm optimistic. I've been seeing so many things finally coming together. I've been improving myself every little bit I can, from my art to my health!

So yeah. I'm 30 now.
