Cetus.
I keep adding monsters to Jasper's demon army, lolwhoops. This is Cetus, one of Jasper's kin. He's a lot more brutal than Jasper and loves impaling victims on his massive horns. He also acts before he thinks a lot of times and is shorter than jasper, but makes up for it in bulk. His head was based on the skull of a arsinoitherium!
