Wren had never experienced a real winter. To her, winters were seasons with mild snows that never stuck around longer than a couple days. Beautiful, gentle snow, and moderate weather all around. The first time she moved somewhere with REAL winter, one that made her grow a winter coat, was an experience. The following spring and shedding season? Also an experience.
