When you plate something like this, set up a blotting station so the juices from one thing don't bleed into or across the plate. Other than that, Ingot nothing else to say other than I'd lose the tomato half and the olive. They just don't represent anything or bring anything to the table.

Outstanding job with the fish though, the crust looks fantastic, and I have to say pesto in rissotto is wildly creative.
