He sure does. Whats really funny is Jon actually seems small in the games due to his tendency to crouch during fights. Very few of his sprites show him standing up, same with Felicia actually.

Maybe they're just hiding his true size so people have less reason to love him! o3o

5'9" to 6'5" is a big difference so thank you for the correction but it still wouldn't be THAT much of a size difference between the two. But again, the size difference is a stylistic choice not a true-to-design choice.

It's not even quite that much, it's 6' 1", and that height he gave for Jon's human form is nowhere close to canon, there's like no difference between forms.

Where do you get his height from? The games or the anime? or some other source?

That's his official height as given by Capcom in various game manuals and artbooks.

In human form he's around 5,10. In Werewolf form he's nearly 7ft tall. But he crouches a lot and rarely stand up straight so he looks smaller

If felecia gets in, she'll be 10 dollars and be a shitty, overly bubbly, 'kawaii' girl, instead of a buff monster woman/nun.

She's not actually supposed to be a nun anyway, she's a stage performer, but otherwise, yeah, you can bet they'd fuck her up. Hell, MvC3 already made her really off-model and, in the English version at least, outright stupid and valley girl-ish.

Jon wouldn't even be considered, Capcom's too busy trying to keep alive the myth that all of Japan hates him.

Not so much scrapped as left up in the air, though it really is one of the least likely to actually be canon. And I can't even count the number of times I've had to explain that MvC isn't canon to any separate franchise's universe to someone who was all "But her intro in MvC2!"

What's incredible is they attribute this mythical nationwide hate to "Japan isn't fond of werewolves and vampires", using this BS to explain why they hardly ever allow Demitri to show up either. Yeah, okay, Capcom, that must be why both are constantly showing up in Japanese media.

Yeah, japan certainly hates their animal based characters. It isn't like a sentai show about what is basically a werewolf is a major cultural icon at this point with 2 anime spinoffs. You'd think that a character based on a cursed royal bloodline having to master martial arts in order to gain control over a deep inner struggle would be more popular in a culture where that's almost literally every protagonist.

About the nun thing. I've always considered it to be that she was raised at a convent and still works with them and the kids there. Heck I would have to guess that the church wouldn't allow catgirls to be nuns. She'd be closer to an Idol than a nun, but even Idols have on the average more dignity than they gave her in MvC3. Let alone one that would have to expect to defend themselves from attacks from Demons and Hate Groups.

No they didn't, Jon is 6' 1" and Felicia's 5' 6". There's seven inches of height difference between them, so while he is taller than her, he doesn't tower over her like this.

There really isn't that massive a difference, and I'm pretty sure if he had more than one height, they'd mention that, and they wouldn't expect us to immediately assume the given height is for his human form. In fact, comparing sprites of both Jon and Felicia standing straight shows not too huge a height difference between them too.
