Yes, it's Daigo, in his rarely-seen feral form! I caught him jumping on this poor soul, likely about to hump the daylights out of them.

Actually this is a wolf that Sepf and I saw today at an event on our campus where the guy brings in wolves (though this year, only one) and lets them go around and sniff/lick people and such. It was a lot of fun, Sepf got licked all over his face!
