An alcholic parking meter in a dinner coat, Bicford "Bic Metric" Matriculated is a scholarly, poetic sort. Prone to tangents of non-sensical limericks, da-DUM-da-DUM humming, and chortling "I Am Bic!", this inebriated station of society is stuck permanently infront of a bar in Omni-Myopia. And he wouldn't have it any other way.
