I wouldn't try it. Ice is fun enough with 4 tires under you. Two is just asking for pain. If you've got crampons on your shoes you might be able to catch yourself when the wheels inevitability slip sideways, but you might end up doing the splits lol. Of course if it went the other way you'll go down very hard.
