Looks amazing! I don’t have tutorials but I’ve made several fleece/minky feathers. I’d go with minky if you can it’s so shiny and soft. I use either quilt batting or super thin foam ion my feathers. I sew them like usual with wrong sides out and have the foam sewn in too. Then I just flip them right side out and stitch on any details. Hope that makes sense. If not message me and I can email pics
