So here we have the shy, silly, adorable, little bat getting the same job her boyfriend has. I love her outfit, now let's see how it goes.

Getting a Job

The couple got up at a reasonable time that morning and immediately went down to the department store to find something for Saya to wear when she met Nicholas's boss. It would also be a good opportunity to find something nice as well for her just in case she got the job. The bat and fosky made it down just fine and walked into the place, heading for the female section. "So then… what should we I wear to meet him and work?" she asked, holding his left paw.

"Well for just meeting him we need something semi formal," the male stated. "For actual working I'd say a button down shirt, something to go on top of that, a decent length work skirt, and shoes that go with it. We should consider getting a few outfits so you can switch back and forth during the week days."

They found somebody who was able to help them by finding a number of things. "Don't worry about the price, we'll get what's needed," Nicholas whispered to Saya as they and the person went back towards the changing room. The bat went in with a kiss on her guy's cheek for luck.

She came out in the first outfit after some minutes. This was the semi formal one. The outfit was white with a blue skirt of medium length. "I think that'll work for him and lunch," Nicholas said looking her over. "You look so pretty in that."

"Oh stop!" Saya replied, blushing but smiling while covering her face with her hands. Her boyfriend went over to her and gently removed them.

"Let me have my fun love," he said softly. "Besides, it's the truth."

A couple more semi casual were chosen and then it was onto the work clothes. The first few didn't work. It was funny to see the fosky's expression when Saya came out. These outfits didn't work mainly because of the colors and how they clashed with her natural ones. But then finally the right ones were chosen. The one the bat loved the most was a white button down shirt with a black coat top and blue skirt. Happy with their purchases, the two left the story, ready for the meeting.

It came quickly and found the bat and her guy at the restaurant. It was the right kind of place to meet someone and have lunch with them if you were thinking of getting a job from them. "Are we late?" she asked as they walked in and not seeing him.

"We're here a little early," he reassured her. "I think it's polite to show up early and make a good first impression."

They went up to the greeter and told them the reservation they had. The couple was lead to the table and they sat down. They stated their waiter could wait until the fosky's boss arrived. At least this was a good opportunity to mentally prepare on Saya's end. Five minutes latter the door opened and Nicholas looked up to see who came in. The guy got a smile. "There he is honey, and right on time."

The bat looked and saw a male pit bull coming towards their table. Saya shrank a little to her boyfriend's side. "You okay?" he asked.

"Sorry… he looks a bit scary," the female whispered.

"You shy, silly, little, adorable bat," the fosky said and gave his girl a squeeze. Just then the other male got closer and she was able to get a closer look. The bat saw he had this big head, green golden eyes, and a smile that was a bit like a kid's. Saya actually found herself relaxing and couldn't help but think this pit bull was actually a good person like her boyfriend. The new male reached the table.

"Sorry I'm a little late," he said in a voice that made the bat relax even more. It was warm and a little deep.

"Not at all Mr. Lance," the fosky replied. "We just got here five minutes ago." Nicholas and the pit bull shook paws. "Anyway, I'd like to introduce you to my girl Saya."

"So this is her huh?" the pure canine asked looking at the bat with a smile. "The one you were talking about? No wonder you did and hook up with her. She's very pretty."

The poor bat blushed red but smiled. "You were talking about me?" she asked the fosky. The female was flattered her guy had and his boss thought she was pretty.

"Of course. Just at lunch breaks and then when we hooked up. I also had to when I explained the situation to Mr. Lance."

"Yes," the pit bull commented and reached out to shake Saya's hand. "It's nice to meet a charming young lady like you."

"Thank you," she whispered and the three sat down. "It's nice to meet you as well."

At that point their waiter came up and they ordered what they wanted. Then it was down to business. "So Nicholas here tells me you want to work for our company," Mr. Lance began.

"Yes sir," Saya replied.

"He's also told me how you went to a school built to correct behavior of young felons when you were a minor instead of Juvenile detention for a crime you didn't commit." The female nodded. "Just known if the latter had happened you would still be considered for this job. It's not like becoming a doctor."

"Really?"

"Yes, it's just working for a hotel that has locations around the world."

"I see…" the bat replied. "So I understand you need a personal assistant for the traveling parts."

"Correct," Mr. Lance stated.

"So what would I have to do?"

"As my personal assistant I will need you to pass out papers during meetings, get me coffee if I need it and other things, fetching people from around the office if I need them and perhaps a couple other things. Have you ever worked in an office before?"

"No, this is actually my first job," Saya answered. "But hearing what I have to do doesn't seem too hard." The pit bull smiled at the small amount of confidence he heard. Nicholas did as well and smiled to.

"I see. Well you'll like it I'm sure. However I'm a little concerned if you're working at the same place as Nicholas since you two are dating."

"I figured it would be one," the fosky said. "But let's not forget sir that we have another couple at the same place right now. They've made it work and can act professionally. I believe me and Saya can do the same."

Mr. Lance looked between the two and saw how much they wanted Saya to get this job in their eyes. "Well alright," the canine replied. "We'll give it a try. No romance though."

"Thank you sir. What about on the trips though? What if we're out with you or at the meetings?"

"Let's put it this way. When we're meeting with our other location people no romance. But whatever happens in the times we're out and having fun, I don't care. If you're with me I don't mind paw/hand holding, small hugs, or kisses. But nothing too major, okay?"

"Yes, we can do that," Nicholas replied. "Oh and I think it's best you know that at the hotels me and Saya should have our own room. It's because she feels safe and warm with me by her side at night."

"Of course," Mr. Lance said with a soft smile. "I understand."

"Wait what's this part of having fun after meetings?" Saya asked.

"Well Saya we usually spend about a week at each place," the pit bull explained. "This is due to after having meetings I like to give my workforce a little vacation in areas they might not have been to and do the fun stuff they have to offer."

"Really? That sounds like fun."

"It is," Nicholas stated. "That's why I wanted to go on this job."

"Well then since we've got it straightened out, consider yourself hired," Mr. Lance said to Saya.

"Thank you!" she squealed with happiness. At that moment the food came and the three began to eat and talk some more. The canine learned she had the clothes ready for work and told the two to come into work the next day. He also learned more about her. At the end the new boss of the bat payed for the meal and said he would see the two soon.

The couple left the restaurant, happy as could be. "I can't believe I got it!" she stated, hugging her boyfriend hard.

"I know what you mean babe," he told his girl, kissing her forehead. They were looking forward to that first work day.
