Nice. I like the way the transformation happens - I don't think I've seen one done quite this way before, with ghosts and dreams - and the feeling of peace throughout the story makes it a pleasure to read. The dialogue's pretty good too.

I actually think a prequel might be more interesting than a sequel. I want to find out what happened to Tony.
