Cute! I've been playing some old Adventure/ RPG games, like Shining Force recently, and this kind of reminds me of those.

Thanks! We were definitely going for that kind of vibe, both Haz and I are RPG fans from way back.

Shining Force kicks ass. I enjoy the world there, with the simplicity and mixed species. Lotsa of sexy beasts and furry characters in there. You know what they should bring back? Breath of Fire. And make it old school, like BoF1-3. Ox/Rand/Garr were a trio of hunkess! <3

Yeah, the mixed cast of characters is one thing I like about Shining Force.

Don't forget about Rei/ Were-Rei! D: Whatever happened to BoF anyway? BoF 3 is the only one I've ever actually finished. "Dragon Quarter(?)" isn't much like the old ones, as far as I know. What about the fourth, though? Isn't that one pretty similar to part three?

Oh yeah, Rei was hot, especially his Were form. <3

BoF died after Dragon Quarter. As much as that game was hated by the fans, I actually enjoyed it very much. It had a fun battle system and nice graphics. The story and characters were weak, though. BoF 4 was okay for the most part, but not as fun or charming as 3. The story bore me to tears, and beside Scias, the characters weren't very good.

All in all, the first 3 games where the best in the series. B3

Aw, that's too bad. Maybe I'll give Dragon Quarter and/or BoF4 a try, anyway. At least they seem to be pretty cheap and relatively easy to find. I've been playing the first two games on emulator recently, on my DS, but they didn't run too well. :/
