Just yet another sketch commission I recently had colored.
This time we have Tsunade, whom does paperwork on regular basis one of the tasks her role as Hokage. Tsunade usually don't have any problems using the restroom because she's always padded 24/7, what she does have an issue however is low storage of diapers she got left.

So naturally Tsunade wants to fill out her diaper delivery paper sheet as quickly as she could. Before Tsunade could sign anything, someone enters her office and quickly thrown her ordering sheet underneath her diaper butt hoping no one would noticed while she acts like nothing weird is happening.
