The first one, Siegfried Benz is my personal Cars villain.. *WUHARHAR* a Mercedes SLR McLaren of course XD
next one is The King from Cars... official as it is, Plymouth Superbird.. woooho!!
Chakée is owned by Suzidragonlady, a Mazda RX 7 supposed to look like that one form Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift, and the last one, Dj also an official Cars character ;)
all done using Photoshop and Illustrator + Tablet.
