Features mostly Donatello and Karai (which is very rare), but Rose does return to New York after Leatherhead convinces her to (so there's plenty Rose and Leatherhead as well). Lots of action in this chapter!

Karai does her best to survive and save poor Donnie from his hyper mutation problem. Leatherhead gives his views on kin and the unfair treatment humans give to animals. He convinces Rose to make amends with Donatello and she returns to New York, conducts her own private reptile injection experiments, and hopes that Don will forgive her.
Karai's scientists are able to return Don to normal, but he's extremely distrusting of her and upset. She does what she can to show she's now a friend instead of a user.
Don works hard to create a final cure for the hyper mutation problem which also plagues his brothers and ro his shock, runs into Rose unexpectedly.
What will happen between the indifferent lovers? Is this the beginning of a fresh start or the beginning of the real end for them? (I know a lot of Don fans have been waiting for this scene!)

Next chapter: What will happen between Don and Rose? Will they make amends and get back together or have a bitter ending? And what about Cleo?
Will Karai be able to regain the Turtles as her allies and befriend Donatello?
If the cure Karai gave the Turtles failed for Donatello, will it fail for the other Turtles as well? Will Leo stupidly go back to Karai over time like the love-sick sucker that he is?
Now that Casey's an officer of the law, will he be hard on the Turtles for the murders they commit and how will that wear on their friendship? When will Mona Lisa reveal her 'little secret' to Raph?
Later, Carter (from the 90's 'Red Sky' series) and Sydney (from the 2k3 series) will make an appearance in the story with the real cure to the Turtles' hyper mutation problem. This and lots more!
