Greetings everyone, for the upcoming Halloween Holiday I have decided again to post another story creepy story featuring emotional manipulation and a setting that comes across as one thing, but then is revealed to be another. Here's part two of that story.

As before this is also meant to be canonical, so those of you reading closely will hopefully be able to learn more about the elusive Dragon society and see how it operates both on a surface level and how things work behind the scenes.
