I had no plans at all to do a Halloween pic, but the last commission I was working on I still hadnt decided the theme/background and I realized Halloween was in just a few days, so why not go with it?
Im glad I did since it worked out really well and I hadnt done a seasonal pic in a while (maybe I should do a xmas one as well)

Seriously, I look at the eyes first, in art and real life. Eyes tell me everything I need to know about a person or cartoon character. As the great Roman philosopher Cicero once said, The eyes are the window to ones soul. Art yes you are an excellent artist, cleavage is not all that important. At least not to myself.
