Next up we have the Rugrat's resident mean girl...
As played by Vanessa, who couldn't managed a convincing "Dumb Babies" to save her life~ She's not a good Angelica at aaaaaall~
She's also to blame for all this since SHE'S the one who introduced Cody to the rugrats and then jokingly gave him the costume idea~ She then proceeded to make things worse for herself by arguing against being Suzie (since she views her as a secondary character for the first few seasons, mostly acting as a foil to Angelica) and THEN letting Cody guilt her into going as "Season 1" Angelica... aka back when the little bully wore a diaper over her tights~
Things could be worse though... she could be going as "Angelica's Birthday" Angelica... she isn't sure she could handle that...
Of course, Cody hasn't told her getting her to dress up like that is one of his new goals~ So things are gonna be interesting from her on out~
