Do you have any guides for how to do this sort of pumpkin work? I want to up my game for next Halloween, but I have no idea how to do the "cut into the flesh enough so that light comes through, but not all the way through" thing. It seems so subject to easy failure! ^_^
Also, for a non-artist like me, creating art on an oblong surface is even more difficult. :-D

Not really any guides, no! I just use wood carving tools and careful patience! Because yes, mistakes are hard to fix XD
