The butterfree is Flynn Aidan O’Féileacán, younger brother of Feidhlim (pronounced Fell-em) Alroy O’Féileacán and husband of Nancy O’Féileacán. Nancy happens to be the beautifly pictured there.

The beedrill's name is Haley Breaklance, father of baby Benjamin Breaklance pictured here as a kakuna kid in Flynn's arms. See, trouble is Haley is an ingenious battler, but a terrible father. After his own wife is put in the insane asylum, he kind of loses his mind as a single parent. As explained in the previous entry of this picture, that scar on his face is likely an accident resulting from his own stingers.

Anyway, watercolor was used for the sky, which is why it's so wrinkley. The rest was sakura micron inking pens and prismacolor pencils, as well as a little white gel pen.
