Wow had no idea that Umbra anatomy could be that radically varied O: No surprise there are between 2 and 4 toed Umbra if they can have legs like these!

It's pretty uncommon. Most of umbras have a basic humanoid body shape with only small parts varying (fingers, face, eyes, horns etc)
Jerr is part of the very rare specimens. Some can have differently shaped limbs, or more than just a pair (or both for Jerr's case)
