My campaign’s players have a tendency to kidnap, adopt and steal people to recruit into their ever-growing cesspool of resources, and Petra here is one of them. They have a manor in a pocket dimension where they operate secretly, and Petra now works in the clinic for a doctor who technically doesn’t really exist, created by the manor itself.
