On Cenon, it's quite a disgrace not to be able to wear proudly antlers for a male, and yet Herault tries his best to educate that girl and give her a chance in that unforgiving and absurd society who praises antlers' vanity over the life of girls.
If Noisette is so smart, it's thanks to the education he gave her. No domain or science were forgotten, and every time the little doe was curious about something he did his best to bring her answers to her questions.
After a while, it was obvious that the only way for to change the society who oppressed her was to make her the trigger. For that she has to be affiliated with Risea and her fame.
It took her years to understand why he left her under Risea's care and furthermore to return to the orphanage of the Hirondelles
She blamed him, she cursed him, she cried for him. And yet everytime she needed him he was here. Like a true father would.
For those reasons, Herault is the one she call Daddy.
