I drew this as a response to the question of "why, whenever furries are drawn in a WW2 setting, they're usually drawn wearing German uniforms?" So I drew this tanuki wearing a Imp. Japanese Army uniform, and I got my answer; Nazi's are the best dressed, and Japanese uniforms are BORING!!! Even their dress uniforms are hideously dull.
