Alright, admittedly this Fox has a certain fascination with Hyenas; especially those whom have been spotted (pun intended) within The Lion King universe. The most recent addition to this alluring species has been the gnarly, gravely-voiced boss of The Outlands and main antagonist of The Lion Guard, Janja. Vain and boastful, yet always on the wrong side of fortune, Janja is a villain that you love to hate. He has also been awesomely rendered in plush by The Disney Storewhich is the is the subject of the latest additions to the Flickr Album [i]Plush and Toy Photography[i/]. Building upon last autumn’s experiments with Shenzi, Janja was invited into the studio to be subjected to numerous enhanced lighting, blocking and VFX experiments. The photographs are abundant and have taken months to edit; this being an attempt to push my Plush Photography onto another plateau. How did I do? Do you think that Janja would be proud?
