Varotte is an MTO who was made to be a master spy. Excellent stealth, knowledge of anything he could need to know for the profession and the ability to turn invisible for temporary periods of time. However the war life wasn't for him, so he fled and became a thief of rare and expensive things. He prefers to do things like jewel heists, using the knowledge he has to rob people blind.

He has a different form originally, but art of dragons from various cultures and species inspired him to change his look to suit his more regal and thieving attitude, and how he saw himself. He turns invisible and knows how to be stealthy not like he cares how he looks normally. However this haughty attitude will likely catch up to him at some point.

Post-War he runs an art gallery though he constantly steals from others still to build his own collections and he denies he does.
