Flying Colors [ANIMATION]
Janky horse. I've never done puppet/rigged 2D animation before so pardon all the weird mistakes in both build and animation. The rig is very simple, almost primitively so, but it got the job done for this particular test and for teaching me the basics.
This kind of animation is very fun and obviously quicker to complete (and I kinda should learn how to do it) but I don't feel like I have as much control as I do when I can draw everything frame by frame. Anyways, I'll probably do this again solely because I enjoyed the process and it can't hurt to know more, right?

thanks for the suggestions but i'm aware there's other programs and i'm not interested in using them. i'm using blender right now because i'm familiar with its interface and i'm hoping to get access to 2d software like toonboom in the future, so this is more like a placeholder for that. it's a chance to get me used to constructing puppets and practice animating with keyframes
