Mal-te-vi have two hobbies read magic books and test that magic on adventurers, but the good news is they have terrible eyesight.
Trying to explain the joke on the name, in my country have have a bird called bem-te-vi it's name can be translated to "(well) I saw you", so just as a silly joke I made a "bad" version of them the "mal te vi" that the name can be translated to "I barely saw you", and this is why they have terrible eyesight. I hope I could translate the dumb joke, but if you didn't understand you can ask to me to try to explain again

This ones aren't stuck with one specific magic, but *spoilers*
only when they grow up and make their "doctorate" they choose one magic school so they can learn more stronger spells with it, but you're not going to see it too soon, because they are end game bosses from a side quest, I shouldn't have this much thought on a small project that is probably isn't going nowhere, but oh well xDD

Let's hope my artists skills are prepared to that, or else they are going to look like knockoffs from the legendary birds from pokemon xDD
