I really think I 100% hate my younger brother.
I'm not a person to say that they hate someone because they have one little fight with them. My younger brother is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. He will manipulate people and make them feel bad for him so they wont punish him for his actions. He will run and unplug my computer when I'm drawing if he's mad at me and my work will be lost. He will scream so loud my neighbor told me she heard him. He will hit my mom. He will scream at my mom. He will push our dogs violently. He will throw such violent tantrums that we will have to get my older brother to carry him upstairs and we have to lock him in his room. These tantrums happen at least once a week and will last around two hours on a good day. I have so much more to say but I don't really know how to put it into words.

for the computer part, its an obvious solution, when he enters, push him out, if hes at the door, look at him in anticipation of him doing shit, then do the former if he enters, alternatively whenever hes on the house, close the room and lock the door, and if you want to be really malicious, film him secretly doing the crap you mentioned, and the stuff you did not mention, then show it to everyone there, if you want to be more malicious, throw the footages to youtube, reddit, 9gag, 4chan, and show him the comments there, the shame might shut him up

My mom wont even so far as ground him for more than a day. Every time I try to bring it up she gets all defensive and "You don't tell someone how to parent their child," blah blah.
He has medication for anxiety because this behavior is TOTALLY just anxiety. Most of the time I will catch him not even eating the medicine.
I honestly feel hopeless.
