One evening while watching crime dramas in his laboratory, Gill pondered to himself. "All these guys get caught so easily. How hard could it be to rob a bank and not get caught? I can so do this better than any of these scrubs" So he threw together a shiny outfit and gathered a few weapons and went off for a night of toony badness~

So it's about time I make a ref sheet for my super Villain outfit. :P also updated it a it and added some side weaponry, but the mallet is always his go to. :3 and for a brief description of his caabilities~ His main power comes from the Hammer space that can only generate when his cape is on and covering his back. if the cape is up, he can't reach into the hammer space. the display on his mask can change with his emotions, but it's main use is for night vision and shows him various statistics that he uses to make fast decisions. and the arm and leg rings help stabilize his stretching.

~Possible weapons include~
The Mallet (Perfect for smashing)
gloves (if he punches with enough force, he's able to inflate the punchee, but this can single out specific body parts. Punch to the gut inflates the midsection or a punch to the face could inflate just the head ect.)
Bombs (Kaboom!)
Dynamite (Kablam!)
Shark anvil flail (any good cartoon character has to have an anvil style weapon)
portable worm holes (For easy transportation)
The safe (can be swung around and dropped, but can also suck someone inside for a while and spit them out cube shaped)
banana drone (good guy running too fast? trip him up with a few of these)
multibrush (to make realistic paintings on a wall which the toon can easily run through. His pursuers though, not so much)

a piano launcher, a pie canon, and hoses, which he can shoot out of his sleeves.

and that's that, he may seem to be indestructible, but he's got a few weaknesses, I'm just not going to say what they are. that would be cheating. :P
