I habe a question and I know you don't know me but what's his story like what's the reason why he's like that. like is he a serial killer and he sells the stuff on the black market or is it something else like I've been having him in my photos because it curiouses me on why he's like that like what's his bio and life story

No he's not a doctor that sells organs on the blackmarket- when this picture was made this character was heavily inspired by hannibal lecter, so he is a learned doctor and psychiatrist, murders people he deems rude or simply unworthy
