Mallary's been on the sidelines for all his Junior year, working instead in the background as the team's coach and working on becoming a better assistant coach as well. Blame his bad knee on that. Even after a year, he's only regained a bit of his mobility. So, with most of his medical treatments being limited, there's only one place he could go...

SPACE!

So, here Mal is, dressed to kick butt with the Poke Star Rangers during the summer break. In theory, Zero-G training may be the thing Mal needs to help get his knee in better condition. The chance maybe slim, but Mal's not the type to give out without at least trying.

Mallary's going to camp with his fighting stick "Hirameku Negi", and his walking stick "Shikomidzue". Also, he's going to camp with a few new attacks that he learned with the help of Talon, one of which includes FLY. Yes, Mallary might be slow on the ground but he can at least be speedy in the air, even if it does make it hard to use his fighting stick in midair.

As for the outfit, he didn't look right with the short coat with short sleeves. He needed something that would look better suited to him, like a samurai's haori, with big sleeves and almost acting like a cape, nice and billowing. Oh, sure, the chances of dramatic wind in space are low, but that's okay.

So there you go, Mallary, ready to take on the stars above.
